Refund Policy

At Quantum University College (QE-Group), we are committed to providing clear and transparent information regarding our refund policies. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are provided for fees paid by students, ensuring clarity and fairness.

Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Application Fee: Non-refundable after submission of the application.
  • Registration Fee: Non-refundable once the registration process is completed.
  • Visa Fee: Non-refundable, as it is paid to the relevant government authorities and agencies.
  • Embassy Fee: Non-refundable due to processing by embassy/consular authorities.
  • Insurance Fee: Non-refundable after processing, as it is a service fee for securing student insurance.
  • Credit Transfer Fee: Non-refundable as it involves administrative procedures.

Tuition Fee Refunds

The tuition fee is refundable under specific conditions, as outlined below:

a) Visa Refusal: If your student visa application is refused, you are entitled to a refund of the tuition fee, subject to the submission of an official visa refusal letter from the relevant embassy or consulate.

 

  • Transfer Charges: Any applicable bank or administrative charges for the transfer of refunded fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

 

b) Withdrawal Before Course Commencement: If you withdraw from the course before the official commencement date, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the tuition fee, depending on the timing of the withdrawal.

 

  • Withdrawal Notice: A written withdrawal notice must be submitted in order to request a refund. Processing Fees: Some administrative fees may be deducted.

 

c) Withdrawal After Course

  • Commencement: If you withdraw after the course has commenced, no tuition fee refund will be provided.

Special Circumstances for Refund

Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, on a case-by-case basis. However, supporting documentation, such as a medical certificate, will be required, and administrative charges may apply.

Refund Procedure

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Submit a Refund Request Form to the Quantum University College administration, clearly stating the reason for your refund request.
  • Attach any necessary supporting documents (e.g., visa refusal letter, medical certificates).
  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 30 business days of submission.
  •  Approved refunds will be processed within 60 business days from the date of approval.

Refund Processing and Payment Methods

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used for fee payment unless agreed otherwise.

The student is responsible for providing accurate payment details for the refund. Any third-party charges incurred during the transfer (e.g., bank fees) will be deducted from the refund amount.
